When do I get the bonus rewards?
Promotional rewards will be delivered after The Bard’s Tale IV Kickstarter campaign’s conclusion as soon as they’re released. You will be sent an email prompting you to select one of the rewards listed above.
How will I receive these bonus rewards?
Rewards will be distributed through The Bard’s Tale IV backer web site. Currently the site’s account and pledge management is not available; this will be added once the Kickstarter campaign has concluded.
Once the account system is up and running, you will be able to register and choose which bonus reward you want.
How do you know if I’ve backed previous games? What if I used different emails, or backed on PayPal one time, and Kickstarter another?
So long as your account email is on our other backer sites for either Torment or Wasteland 2, and we have you on record with a pledge for those games, you won’t have to do anything extra beyond selecting your reward.
Our backer web site for The Bard’s Tale IV will let you link up multiple email addresses to the same account, if you have used different email addresses or backing methods previously.
Which rewards are available immediately?
The Wasteland 2 Novella Compilation, Wasteland 2 Concept Art Book and two of the Torment novellas have been released so far. Other rewards will be made available via The Bard’s Tale IV backer web site as they are released.
I backed both Torment and Wasteland 2, do I get two rewards with this promo?
No, currently we are only offering one bonus reward per returning backer, whether they’ve previously backed Wasteland 2 or Torment, or both.
I already backed The Bard’s Tale IV before the promotion was announced. Do I still qualify?
Yes! So long as you backed The Bard’s Tale IV on Kickstarter before June 26th, 2015, 12:00 AM PST, and are a returning backer, you qualify for the promotion.
